
Anxiety Management and Coping Skills SEL Classroom Lesson for School Counseling
Looking for a super fun and engaging anxiety lesson that your students will be talking about for the rest of the day? This fun, low-prep, classroom lesson will keep students engaged and give them the tools they need to feel less anxious. This counseling lesson uses a brain-based approach to explaining anxiety and empowers and prepares students for the changes that they feel when experiencing anxiety.
